Anna Maram Strob is a multimedia artist based in Germany whose work explores light, translucency, and perceptual thresholds through abstract painting, sculptural objects, and immersive environments.
Her artistic practice evolved from an early engagement with performance art and interdisciplinary projects combining movement, sound, and installation. She developed and presented work in cultural and institutional contexts, including the Kunstmuseum Bonn, as well as on international platforms such as the Frankfurt and Linz Book Fairs.
Strob studied at the Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences, graduating with a diploma in Art in Dialogue and Cultural Pedagogy. Alongside her artistic work, she was active for many years in educational and social-artistic contexts, which continues to inform her understanding of space, perception, and presence.
In recent years, her focus has increasingly shifted toward the studio as both a creative and exhibition space. This transition emerged through a series of exhibitions and artistic contexts in the Freiburg area, where the foundations of The Art of the Translucent Vibe took shape.
