Welcome to the blog ‘the art of the translucent vibe’.
My home and studio are located at the foot of a cathedral, right next to a ever flowing spring.
It was once an old monastery building, later a barn, then a pottery workshop, and today it is our studio house, where art, architecture and life come together.
Pointing to and trusting in the potential of art to broaden humanity’s perspective is a real challenge in times of great turmoil and upheaval, which bring unspeakable suffering to so many people.
Nevertheless, my deepest longing continually draws me to this crossroads between the creative and the shared experience of works of the translucent art.
I am very grateful that you are here and appreciate that you are taking the time to look at, listen to or read through the works; and I hope that they will accompany you for a while, wherever you may be.
